8. Cancellation, and deliveries

Once you have submitted your order you will be taken to have agreed that we may immediately commence processing your order. No cancellations will be accepted after you have submitted your order.

All products seen on flytouch4.com are delivered worldwide free of charge. When you buy through flytouch4.com, the goods are delivered from China. Therefore if you are not ordering from China you are importing, and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through Customs in your destination country. You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. Sales Tax) and sometimes variable Import Duty when the items arrive. In the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all! Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

Free delivery takes 9 - 14 days on average.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

If Customer is not satisfied with any product or service purchased or obtained through flytouch4.com, Customer agrees that his/her sole recourse will be against the Supplier. flytouch4.com MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY MEMBER THROUGH flytouch4.com, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. flytouch4.com WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ATTORNEYS' FEES OR COSTS.

Altough flytouch4.com is not liable for the above mentioned occurences, Customer can contact flytouch4.com anytime to ask for support. In this case flytouch4.com will negotiate with the supplier and makes an effort to find a solution for the Customers problem.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to flytouch4.com's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
